Today I was doing prototec and this time I got 100 % on stage 5. It was pretty hard at the start but then I climbed my way up to try and get it all right. The only ones that I got confused at was my subtraction to 20 and my Addition to 20 but as I said I worked my way up to get it right next time I will try to get it all right again but lesson then 49m and 33s.

Okay  Hi guys today I am gonna be talking about this story called Jack Stalwart the pursuit of the ivory poachers.

Okay so while the Secret Agent Jack Stalwart is deciphering a code from his missing brother, Max, he’s called away on a mission to Kenya. People  keep on killing the African elephants for their tasks to make money out of it or you could also call the tusks ivory. That is why he got called by the main chief of North Africa called, Aschbia, Jack and Aschbia went for a private walk. They were walking towards this shade that was handmade.  The chief warned Jack that what he is gonna see is gonna make you mad. Jack explained that whatever will be inside there will be okay until he opens the door. There was like about nine ivory laying down on a table. The chief said that their cleaners found these tusks just near the village. Jack said that it will be okay and he will try to find the person that killed these African elephants. At 5 : 30 pm Jack started looking for evidence and with his gadgets  he could find footprints and it looked like boots he started following the footprints and  it led him to the nearest street to the village and that he could see like tracks. The tracks that Jack knew that the tracks came from a ford wheel drive truck  and he literally did not need any gadgets because mostly this country uses Ford wheeled trucks so it was kinda obvious.

So guys I am really sorry that I can’t tell you more about what happened but as always that is all what I stooped at but I will make sure I will tell you more stories bye see y'all later.

Story For Today

Today I was reading this book called Secret life of pets

. This book also has a movie too so maybe you could just go onto your Netflix account and try to find it. I promise it is a fun movie. So I am only gonna tell you the stuff that I remember from this book. So there was this dog called Max, it was a Jack Russell Terrier. So what I read was Max always likes to look out the window of his apartment and take walks. On day Max was looking out the window like he always does and he was really freaked out that the parents was so stupid to let there kids play at the park then he told  his brother called Duke, he was a shaggy Newfoundland mix. After looking out the window their owner called Katie wanted to take them for a walk. Max rashly ran to Katie waiting for Max to put on his leash and Duke’s leash. While they were walking down the sidewalk Max and Duke really enjoyed it, so while they were walking this man was riding his bike down the sidewalk and then Katie and the man started to stare at each other. After the love birds finished for a few seconds staring at each other then the man fell down right beside the mailman then Katie went to help him up then the man thanked her in a nervous voice then Katie said it was alright. Max was pretty confused about what was happening but he thought that he was kind so Max and Duke jumped and licked him. So after that time of romance Katie took him home, they had a cup of tea or coffee and then they started to bond and all of that stuff. They started to get engaged and then when they were married they had a child. Katie said to Max and Duke. Max Duke met Liam, Liam met Max and Duke, Max was really desperate but in some weeks time one day Max was about to sleep then Max got shocked and when Liam came next to Max in the dog bed and said three words, Max I love you. Ever since that day Max will always protect Liam from chewing gum, mud, falling down and from cars. So far guys do the stuff that I could remember but next time I will make another story of the day. Remember it is every Friday and I will see you guys next time with more stories about this book bye.

It's like the Poison dart frog, if you go near it,the  colours will start to glow and that's a warning that something will happen. It's also like a humpback whale,when there are  big sharks around, it makes creaking, groaning, chirping , or humming  noises to let the other whales know some killer whales are coming to attack them.
24/2/ 2021, Animal talk.	What I learnt on animal talk is about dolphins. Mum dolphins have their own noises so when dolphins give birth to a baby the child will know who their mother is.
08/3/2021, Hero of the sea.	The book that I read is Hero of the sea. It was about this baby that was born in 1948, on Auckland’s North Shore. The family loved sailing on the Hauraki Gulf. Peter saw dolphins leap and whales slide past, and his father showed him the different birds.
10/3/2021, Hero of the sea	What I read from this book is that, In 1973 Peter sailed in the first ever Whitbread Round the World Race . Their yacht - one of the crew had to sleep under an umbrella. Then, in giant waves, the boat started to break apart. They had to stop racing while they made repairs.

The new book that I read about is that thirteen - year old Nate Winstead took off down the track, running as fast as his legs would carry him. His arms pumped feverishly. His breath came in a short gasp. The joke was over.  The boys and girls on Nate’s track and field team cheered loudly. Nate could tell their enthusiasm wasn’t for him, though. It was for his cousin ,Rachel, who breezed along beside him.
24/3/2021 , Superman The  man of tomorrow.	The book that I read about is if you knew superman when he was a kid you would never call him ‘’ super ‘’. He grew up in a little farming town that most people have never heard of. I definitely wasn’t stronger or better at sports
3/5/2021/ Term 2, THOR	Today I was reading this NEW BOOK  called THOR. It was about the all- Father that didn’t act without thought. Now, as the sun shone over Asgard and the buildings were illuminated by its ray, gleaming like gold, he thought long and hard. Then the realm’s edge, the darkness of the cosmos spread out like a calm sea.
3/5/2021/ Term 2, THOR	Today after lunch I read the book for and the 4 lines that I read was, Thor was not his father. Thor was impulsive and hotheaded. He still had much to learn about the value of patience. Alas, Odin had no more time left to teach.

15/6/2021, Kowhai and the Giants.	So there was this tree called Kowhai. It lived in the rainforest and it was surrounded by big trees and one day british people came to Ateoroa and then they started to cut them down and make a village.
15/6/2021, Tom Gates	What I read during the middle block, what it was The Half - term Holiday is coming up next week and EVERYONE in the whole school is just a little bit excited. It takes a while for their class to settle down. Marcus won’t even sit still and keep Jumping around on his chair.
16/62021, What On Earth? Trees!	What I read today for 15 minutes from this book is a poem about trees so the poem goes like “ Maples are red, ash leaves turn brown, holly leaves stay green all year round. Beech trees can’t really make up their mind, for purple or green leaves are easy to find. Birch trees and hazel are easy to see, with bright yellow leaves when they fall from the tree.
17/6/2021, Temple Run, run for your life.	What I read today is the Temple run, the story is about when this group plus me as a character went looking for this famous explorer. So me and my team went to the icy jungle to find him because that was the last place that they marked where he was.
17/6/2021, Temple Run.	The pages that I form are 58 to 64. This book is  really interesting because Barry and I went on a plane and we forgot to put in some gas so the plane was about to fall down so Barry said that I should jump by myself with the parachute.
17/6/2021, Temple Run.	WhatI read from this book is that Barry and I landed safely so we got off the plaine and we started hiking from there. We looked at this wooden house on top of the hill. Our group was deciding that one of our partners should climb up the cliff and try to find out what is up there.
20/6/2021, Dolphins and sharks.	Today I finished this book called Dolphins and Sharks. This morning I remembered that I finished reading 2 books already so I thought I should read another and another, to be successful with my goals at school. There were lots of interesting words in this book and it was non fiction so there was this story and it was around 1956 and this fisherman wanted to go diving. He saw in the view and when he went inside it was really fresh and he was actually afraid because there were tiger sharks. The sharks weren't actually moving and also their eyes were opening and they were resting and really still. Scientists found the cave and there was actually salt water mixed with fresh water. So they thought that the water was too fresh so the sharks became calm and restful so they stopped moving.

 Today I was reading a book called Dolphins and sharks. There were many interesting facts about the Ocean,  Sea , and many kinds of sea animals. Let me show you what I learned.

Did you know that there are 4 different kinds of oceans in this world! These are the four oceans: 1 Indian , 2 Atlantic, 3 Pacific, and lastly the Arctic.  The ocean is home to many kinds of animals: sharks, dolphins, different kinds I can’t even name them all. What do guys think living in the ocean world would be like ? How do you think people could survive in the sea ? if you had the guts you could maybe jump into a boat and out into the middle of the ocean and 

spend 24 hours there. 

Underneath the water there are great hidden mountains, deep valleys , beautiful coral reefs, and even a volcano! How cool is that?  One interesting fact, did you know if you X - ray a dolphin's front  fin you can see that the bones look like a human’s hand and when you X - ray a dolphin's tail you could see the bones almost like a human's leg so I searched it up if it was true and it was absolutely true. 

 5 million years ago some of the scientists said that the dolphins actually used to have a human body and ascended onto land and stayed there. Now it was long ago so they now look like a fish. The salt would be five feet deep. The salt comes from the rocks and soil. Rain and rivers wash it from the land into the ocean. Once there, it mixes with ocean water. Most sea creatures need salt water to stay alive. Did you also know that the ocean covers 140 million square miles of the earth's surface. The ocean in fact can be more than six miles deep. 

I really enjoyed this book because it tells you really interesting facts about sea creatures and secrets about the oceans. It is a really fun book and I can’t wait to learn more from it.

Alfonsus - Swim mgic

 During the last 2 weeks of school, me and the other class went swimming at Swim Magic. Swim magic is on Morrin Rd. We went there to learn how to swim in case when we accidentally fall out of a boat or we get chased by sharks and we remember our swimming and do it.

At the beginning I felt like I was excited to hop in the water because I haven’t been in a long long time.

Because before I always used to go swimming in the water.

The things that I could already do in the water were freestyle swimming, backwards stroke swimming and diving.

I hoped to do more swimming so I can get better and better.

During the lesson we had our instructors so we can know what we are gonna be confused about and get kicked out of the pool.We were learning to do the stroke and all of the swimming skills that you need to survive swimming.  The easy things were the backwards stroke. The hard things were we had to dive down and hold our breath and pass every one I came 1st twice. The skills I enjoyed were backstroking.

At the end, I felt like I was ready to go out in the sea and practice the skills that I learned, because when I used to go swimming I would always drown. My biggest challenge was to hold my breath underground, which  is so hard. Compared to the start it was pretty easy because I already knew how to do tricks. I will use these skills in front of my dad so I don't think that he is better than me  at swimming.

Alfonsus - the past over ( last supper )- Mark 14: 12 - 16

Today me and my whanau group was doing some drawing about the past over ( last supper ) I drawed the long table with the wine and the bread. You guys can see the stick man it does look wierd to me if you guys are thinking that it is because I am not really good in drawing. in the middle that looks big is Jesus and he is saying Amen. We had to listen to the spoken text and unpack the meaning of the text and we can listen to the written text.
