Facts about kava.

The roots of the pepper plant are ground up or crushed and added to water and then drunk. Kava is used in traditional cultural events in the Pacific Islands. If you are gonna drink it is not that safe to drink kava everyday but you can only drink no more than 250 milligrams per day. The effects that kava can do to you is mostly muscle relaxation and sometimes just makes you feel lazy and sleepy. For the pacific the kava can be like a  depressant drug. If you think that kava is much more dangerous, you're wrong because kava is actually much more healthy than alcohol. In the Pacific you have to be at least 18 and over to drink kava because it still makes you drunk.
